1. Satisfactory proof of educational qualifications (where required) must be submitted to the Academy on application.
2. Tuition fees must be paid in full before the start of the course.
3. All examinations, assignments and project work (where relevant) must be completed satisfactorily before a Certificate or Diploma is awarded.
4. Any student who fails a module is required to present a repeat submission for that module before proceeding to the next module.
5. Any student who fails an assignment, project or exam, is permitted to re-sit / re-submit that subject once only.
6. Students are charged a fee, per subject, for supplemental examinations, assignments and project briefs.
7. No refund will be given once the course has commenced
8. Students are enrolled as student members of the Academy on commencement of the course, and agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and guidelines of the Academy.
9. Name, address and some details of all students are passed to relevant external awarding and professional bodies for their records.
10. Fees include registration with awarding and professional bodies for a 12-month period.
11. Those who do not meet the academic entry requirements for a course may apply for a place on the course as a Mature Applicant.
12. There is an additional fee for processing the Mature Applicant submissions. Please email the Academy for details.
13. Mature Applicants accept that the decision of the Academy’s Education Council to offer/refuse a place on a course is final and binding.
