This months course
August’s course will focus on ‘Dealing with internal communications’. Effective internal communications is essential for any business or organisation. This course will look at how the role of the internal communications specialist can positively contribute to company goals and objectives and its role in the employee induction process and formulation of company policy. Internal communications is not about meeting your health/ safety and legal requirements, it is about the ways in which you use communications tools to creative a positive spirit within a company. The course will also focus on the many benefits to both employees and management when internal communications is handled professionally.
